Earle L. Bradford is a business professional with extensive executive management experience in a broad range of for profit and nonprofit organizations. He started his career as a senior accountant at Shell Oil Company. Later he became the youngest vice
president at Consolidated Aluminum, a subsidiary of Aluisuisse, the Swiss aluminum company where he held several senior management positions. He joined ARCO Metals
as vice president Market Development and later was named vice president, Planning and Control. He managed the divestiture of two subsidiaries, American Brass and
Wisconsin Centrifugal.
He transferred to ARCO Chemical, where he joined the Product Management and Marketing Division and was elected an officer of ARCO Chemical and served as vice president of Public Affairs. He later served as vice president, National Accounts Management and vice president, Materials Management for the Americas before serving as worldwide Director of Continuous Improvement and Commercial Services. Bradford has also held several positions withJohnson & Johnson. He has also served as private consultant on a variety of projects. Additionally, he served as a member of the National Petroleum Refiners Association’s Petrochemical Committee.
In the nonprofit world, Bradford has provided critical leadership to important social service, healthcare and cultural organizations. He recently stepped down as chairman of the board of directors of Catholic Health East, the eighth largest hospital system in the US and as CEO of Community Council for Mental Health and Mental Retardation, a Philadelphia based community mental health agency. He also served on the boards of Philadelphia’s Freedom Theater and Lincoln University of Pennsylvania.
Bradford was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and received his B.A. degree Magna Cum Laude in accounting and economics from Dillard University and his M.B.A. from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Management. He received the Award for Excellence in Market Development from Sales and Marketing Management magazine.
In 2005, Mr. Bradford was the recipient of the Wilbur Parker, Distinguished Alumni award from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University. He has participated in Atlantic Richfield’s executive seminar in Santa Barbara, California, as well as the
Alusuisse executive leadership seminar in Zurich, Switzerland.

Ronald L. Stewart is a pharmaceutical industry veteran with extensive management and executive leadership experience. He joined Smith Kline & French Laboratories as a management trainee working first as a marketing research analyst and later as a
marketing promotion manager. He moved to human resources where he managed training, employment, performance evaluation and executive compensation functions. During that time he also worked extensively in organizational planning and development and organization restructuring. He then moved to government and regulatory affairs where as director, state government relations he represented his company before federal and state legislative and regulatory bodies.
Following SK&F’s merger with Beckman Corporation, Stewart was named vice corporate accounts and given corporate wide responsibility for product placement and contract pricing strategies for health maintenance organizations and hospital buying groups.
Later, Stewart joined Merck & Co., Inc. in a newly formed Managed Care Division as a director and later as executive director in a part of the business focused on health insurance providers, HMO’s and pharmacy benefits management companies. In a customer segment survey, Stewart’s marketing and sales business group was named number one in the industry. Before leaving Merck, for his leadership and contributions to the pharmaceutical industry Stewart was honored by the Managed Healthcare Division with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
Stewart has provided consultant services on managed healthcare marketing, sales and governmental issues with several firms including PriceWaterhouse Coopers and Auxilium Pharmaceuticals.Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Stewart received a B.S. in education from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. in education administration from the Graduate School of Education, University of Pennsylvania. He is also a graduate of Harvard University’s School of Public Health Executive Program in Health Policy and Management.
